1.2 This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you and MeLooping.
2. Description of Service
2.1 MeLooping provides a digital platform offering access to royalty-free Arabic and Middle Eastern music samples, loops, grooves, and DAW tools for music creation.
2.2 Users can browse, download, and use samples and loops under this Agreement.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account creation is required to access and use MeLooping's services, and users must provide accurate, complete information.
3.2 Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their account credentials and all account activity.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All content (samples, loops, grooves, etc.) is exclusively owned by MeLooping or its licensors and protected by IP law.
4.2 MeLooping grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for personal, commercial, and professional use—but no ownership transfer.
4.3 Users may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share content as standalone files, or modify it for redistribution in competing libraries.
5. Royalty-Free License
5.1 Samples and loops are royalty-free—no royalties or fees owed when used in approved projects.
5.2 Users retain ownership of their creations but not of individual MeLooping assets.
6. Usage Restrictions
6.1 Prohibited uses include: reselling or redistributing loops/samples in any form, sharing downloads outside licensed use, or using content in illegal, defamatory, or offensive material.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Access to MeLooping’s services requires a subscription, and users agree to pay all subscription fees.
7.2 Refund Policy: All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
7.3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
8. Termination
8.1 MeLooping may terminate or suspend accounts for violations or harmful activities.
8.2 Upon termination, user’s license is revoked, and all downloaded content must be deleted.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1 Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties.
9.2 No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeLooping is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by use of the platform.
11. Privacy
11.1 MeLooping protects user privacy and will only use personal data as outlined in its Privacy Policy.
11.2 Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent except as required by law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
